This promotion is operated by Craggs Automotive Repair & Service and is offered as a limited trial for January.

• A maximum of 10 free MOT test slots are available as part of this promotion.
   
• This is a one-off January promotion. No guarantee is given that the offer will be repeated in future months.
   
• All free MOT slots are allocated on a first come, first served basis and are subject to availability.

• Submitting your details via the website contact form above does not automatically confirm a free MOT booking.
   
• Submissions are treated as a registration of interest only.
   
• If free slots remain available, we will contact you with available dates.
   
• Dates offered are live availability and may be offered to multiple registrants at the same time.
   
• Slots are only secured once you confirm acceptance of a date offered by us.

• Once a date is offered and confirmed by the customer, it cannot be changed, swapped, rescheduled, or transferred.
   
• If you:
  • Arrive late
  • Fail to attend
  • Attempt to change the booking
  • Do not comply with drop-off requirements

          the MOT will:

• No longer qualify as a free promotional MOT
• Become a chargeable MOT
• Be classed as a new booking
   

• Vehicles must be dropped off at:
  Unit 14, Donkin Road, Armstrong, Washington, NE37 1PF
   
• Drop-off time is strictly between 9:00am and 9:30am on the confirmed booking date.
   
• Vehicles dropped off before 9:00am or after 9:30am will not qualify for the free MOT.
   
• Customers cannot wait with their vehicle and must leave the car with us for the duration of the MOT.
   

• Once the MOT has been completed, we will contact you by telephone to advise whether the vehicle has passed or failed.
   
• If the vehicle fails, you:
  • Are under no obligation to have repair work carried out by us
  • May arrange to collect your vehicle and have repairs completed elsewhere if you wish
     
• If the vehicle passes, we will notify you when it is ready for collection.
   

• Customers must provide all requested information when registering interest.
   
• Personal data submitted will be:
   
  • Used only to submit the MOT booking via a third-party MOT portal
     
  • Used only to contact you by telephone regarding MOT confirmation and pass/fail outcome
     
• No personal data will be:
   
  • Stored elsewhere
     
  • Used for marketing
     
  • Shared with third parties outside of the MOT booking process
     

• This promotion is subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.
   
• Abuse of the promotion or failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions may result in the offer being withdrawn.
