Welding & rust repairs – structural chassis and bodywork welding to meet DVSA M.O.T standards.

Did you know? Corrosion within 30cm of a seatbelt, suspension or steering mount is an M.O.T failure. Our welding restores structural strength.

Exhaust welding & repairs – sealing leaks, fixing cracked joints or mounting brackets.

Value add: Sealing small cracks or re-welding brackets can extend the life of your exhaust system and save the cost of a full replacement. 

Sill & floor pan replacement/patching – repairing common corrosion spots to maintain strength.

Tip: Sills and floor pans are common rust spots on many UK cars. Timely welding prevents further spread and keeps the cabin strong and watertight. 

Wheel arch repairs – restoring rusted or damaged arches and panels for safety and appearance.

Did you know? Rusted arches can allow water to enter and damage hidden panels. Welding and sealing stop corrosion before it spreads.

Yes. Corrosion within 30cm of key components such as seatbelt mounts, suspension or steering parts can cause an M.O.T failure. Our welding restores strength and compliance.


Look for rust holes, bubbling paint, or areas where metal feels weak. M.O.T testers may also advise welding if corrosion is found during an inspection.


Yes - we follow strict safety procedures, isolating fuel lines and electrics before welding.


Small patches such as exhaust brackets can be done in under an hour. Larger structural repairs like sills or floor pans may take half a day or more.

In many cases welding is more economical, especially for sills, floor pans and brackets, but we’ll advise the best option for long-term value and safety. In some cases, it's easier to replace the panel such as a wing or a door instead of repairing it.
